    I want to thank each and every one of you for making this very rich discussion possible. In these last two and a half days, there have been many ideas floating around, lots of new thoughts, some of which we are going to explore, especially some of those that came up in the last session. We also hope to look at areas like local self-governance and the implications of the Internet for authority in general. Once again, thank you for making this third event of the Asian Center for Democratic Governance a success, and thanks especially to those who have come from outside India for making this conference all the more exciting.
