On Oct. 21, NED hosted a day-long conference on "North Korea's Shifting Political Landscape." Robert King, US Special Envoy for North Korean Human Rights Issues, gave opening remarks, and was followed by four panels of Korean and western experts and activists, including several North Korean refugees.
