Victoria Glynn

PENN KEMBLE DEMOCRACY FORUM FELLOWS

Victoria Glynn is Deputy Press Secretary at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. In her free time, she volunteers with Team Rubicon and the Disaster Action Team of the American Red Cross. She previously worked at CommunityRED, which supports human rights defenders and journalists around the world with cyber security training. Before that, she spent four years on staff at the Truman National Security Project, doing media relations and digital media for their nationwide community of frontline civilians, veterans, policy experts, and political leaders. She has lived in the U.K., Russia, and Belgium, and interned at the Department of State and in Congress. She is a graduate of American University’s School of International Service.
