To promote government reforms of state owned enterprises in Ghana. CIPE will help bring together relevant stakeholders to define a research agenda, raise public awareness, and provide informed analysis to legislators on bills or laws that have a detrimental impact on small and medium enterprise. CIPE will support the Private Enterprise Foundation to train business leaders in advocating for the government and increasing citizen awareness.
