To assist the Southern African Trade Union Coordinating Council (SATUCC) to become a more effective voice for civil society, particularly workers. ACILS will help SATUCC develop policy initiatives and implement regional campaigns to promote worker rights and democracy. This program will support other ACILS activities in Angola, Mozambique and Namibia.
