To publicize government policies, increase human rights awareness, and increase citizen participation in Zimbabwe. Crisis Coalition will hold monthly public meetings and bimonthly township meetings on issues of food insecurity, the security forces, and the upcoming elections. Crisis Coalition will also organize a media campaign that will seek to provide alternatives to state-sponsored media.

Federation of African Media Women - Zimbabwe (FAMWZ)

To launch a new monthly magazine to highlight women's issues and provide unbiased news and information. FAMWZ will launch a magazine that that will serve as a means to articulate the concerns of women, and will provide news in an unbiased manner, serving as an alternative voice for both men and women. FAMWZ will also hold a two-day workshop on democracy and human rights for women journalists.

Mass Public Opinion Institute (MPOI)

To provide scientific information to leaders on citizens' post election views. MPOI will conduct a post-election survey of a nationally representative sample of adults 18 years or older. The Institute will produce a report of its findings and circulate it to NGOs, political parties, media, embassies, and educational institutions. MPOI will also hold country-wide public seminars where the Institute will present its findings.

Zimbabwe Election Support Network (ZESN)

To train and organize 240 long-term election observers throughout Zimbabwe. ZESN will hold a training-of-trainer workshop for election monitors. The observers will monitor the campaign period and report to the ZESN headquarters. ZESN will produce monthly reports for distribution to the media as well as the national and international community, and will create a database of all election observers in Zimbabwe.

Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights

To ensure that proper restitution reaches communities affected by Operation Murambatsvina, a culture of human rights is established, and the rule of law and fair administration of justice is restored in Zimbabwe. Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights will hold a public education and human rights awareness workshop in a community affected by the recent demolitions of neighborhoods as part of a larger program to combine litigation and human rights training on a practical level.
