To support the Institute for Solidarity in Asia (ISA) in expanding a nationwide advocacy network created to improve public governance and increase community participation in development. ISA will organize seminars and training events for various stakeholders in order to build awareness of and encourage advocacy for both local and regional issues, as well as corporate citizenship. In addition, ISA will create a public governance performance scorecard to help local government units monitor and evaluate their governance practices.
