ACILS will support the development of a labor research institute, promote the rule of law and the rights of women workers through the training of workers and trade unionists, and promote the rights of migrant workers through training, education, and advocacy.
People's Action for Free and Fair Elections (PAFFREL)

To raise awareness at the local level about good governance and human rights issues and to encourage local communities to engage actively in the political process. PAFFREL will conduct a series of dialogues in six districts in southern Sri Lanka on minority rights, federalism, constitutionalism, and political devolution.
