To protect and promote civil and political rights in Thailand and to build the capacity of local human rights NGOs. The Foundation will monitor and document human rights violations, launch campaigns for the ratification of the Convention Against Torture and the protection of human rights defenders, and run programs on migrant workers and on the human rights situation in southern Thailand.
