To promote greater citizen participation and better democratic governance in Timor-Leste through a multifaceted civic education campaign. IRI will organize public forums, political debates, poster competitions, and street theater designed to educate and inform the general public about democratic norms and civic participation in Timor-Leste's 13 districts. PODA organized a series of monthly seminars on democracy and civic education for community leaders to introduce them to key concepts and practices of democratic governance.
