CAAPI-2 will organize a five-day training session for ten local leaders in Huambo; in turn these ten local activists will organize two meetings every week with local communities to promote democracy and human rights. CAAPI-2 will also buy time on the national radio station in Huambo to discuss the upcoming elections.

To promote nonviolent and equal participation in elections. SFCG will facilitate a series of conflict resolution and civic education trainings for three women's associations. SFCG will provide the women's associations with small funds and technical support to implement conflict resolution and civic education campaigns in their areas.
