Association pour la Promotion des Libertés Fondamentales au Tchad (Association for the Promotion of Fundamental Rights in Chad) (APLFT)

To facilitate the general population's access to, use, and understanding of the country's legal system. APLFT will rejuvenate their seven legal aid clinics throughout the country through staff trainings, institutional support, and equipment. The clinics will provide free consultations, advice, and lawyers to victims of human rights abuses. APLFT will also produce a monthly publication on human rights trends and a weekly legal advice radio program.
Ligue Tchadienne des Droits de l'Homme (Chadian League for Human Rights) (LTDH)

To educate the community about their rights, and train judges and security forces about the rule of law and human rights. LTDH will organize several forums to enable discussions between the press and human rights activists, conduct advocacy training for members from its eight federations, and a hold training seminar for judges on human rights law.
