ADHUC will organize a program to promote greater judicial oversight in the management of natural resources, including seminars for prosecutors and judges, radio and television broadcasts, and moot courts.

Centre de Droits de l'Homme et du Developpement (Center for Human Rights and Development) (CDHD) Amount 20,000
To mobilize public opinion to protect the rights of Brazzaville residents to a clean and healthy environment. CDHD will coordinate a certificate program for journalists on environmental principles and standards. CDHD will also organize lobbying efforts in favor of the right to a healthy environment in the Republic of Congo.

Observatoire Congolais des Droits de l'Homme (Congolese Observatory for Human Rights) (OCDH)

To encourage the police in Brazzaville and Pointe Noire to respect the rights of detainees. OCDH will organize training sessions for both senior and junior level police officers that will focus on the defense of human rights and how to improve relations between the police and prosecutors. OCDH will also print, discuss, and distribute detainee kits that will include a set of forms designed to document information about new detainees.
