To contribute to a sense of civic duty and reconcile the divided communities of Rwamiko in northeast Rwanda. ACODER will organize training workshops and public meetings on ethnic reconciliation and civic duties, publish monthly newsletters, broadcast radio programs, and coordinate youth conferences.
