To continue to improve the management, communication, and advocacy efforts of the Union Nationale des Commercants et Industriels du Senegal (National Union of Merchants and Industrialists - UNACOIS). CIPE will continue to provide up to date and relevant information on its website, conduct surveys to allow UNACOIS to understand the needs of its expanding member base, identify and establish relations with other organizations for collaborative work and financing, and enable UNACOIS to develop a five year strategy plan.

To strengthen understanding and advocacy for democracy among the urban middle class and youth in Senegal. Mouvement Citoyen will lead a civic education campaign on democracy consisting of a series of published investigative reports on Senegal's democratic development and training seminars for young people, civic organizations, and political parties. Mouvement Citoyen will organize quarterly forums for citizen dialogue, host lectures, and launch a media campaign on civic responsibility.
