La Conscience

To build the capacity of rural traditional leaders, community leaders, and youth to promote democracy and human rights. La Conscience will conduct workshops, whose participants will in turn hold follow-on training sessions in their local districts and organize social dialogues on democratic themes. La Conscience will produce an informational guide and will also conduct human rights monitoring, issuing quarterly human rights reports.
