To increase the capacity of MPs and to strengthen women's political participation in Mongolia. IRI will provide technical support to the Parliament by engaging experts to assist MPs in their continued implementation of important institution-building advances. IRI will also conduct trainings, facilitate on-going dialogues to combat challenges facing female candidates, and produce a bulletin that raises awareness of women in politics.

To strengthen Mongolia's democratic infrastructure and enhance public participation in the processes of governance. LEOS will collect and disseminate information about corruption, publish and distribute select articles on the topic of democratic development, and foster women's participation in public life through training and networking activities.
