To encourage dialogue between political parties and civil society organizations and to support media networks and civil society organizations in efforts to monitor processes related to constitutional change and political reform. NDI will organize a series of forums on issues identified by both the parties and civil society as crucial to strengthening the political process. NDI will also support independent research on issues critical to the reform process.
