CIPE, in partnership with the Pathfinder Foundation, will publish briefing notes from noted economists and quarterly assessments of economic policies adopted by parliament, and organize annual workshops, town hall meetings, and seminars.

To increase civil society's capacity to represent citizens' interests and advocate for political reform. IRI will provide advocacy training for local NGOs; create an interfaith dialogue program; work with business and economic leaders on issues of political reform; provide objective information regarding democratic political arrangements, such as federalism; and address limitations on women's political involvement by creating training networks for women.

People's Action for Free and Fair Elections

To engage and encourage local communities' involvement in good governance, human rights, and voter rights issues. PAFFREL will conduct a series of dialogues in eight districts in Sri Lanka on minority rights, federalism, constitutionalism, and political devolution.
