The HCA will hold 20 discussions in Yerevan, four "master classes," 18 seminars in smaller cities of Armenia, and a concluding conference in Yerevan. The discussions, seminars, and conference will allow leaders from the capital to interact with people from the regions.

All three types of programming will be carried by the Hamaspyur network of eleven independent local and regional television broadcasters, which covers 87 percent of the territory of Armenia.
