To coordinate advocacy and conduct investigations of human rights violations through the joint efforts of leading human rights groups, and to promote a greater understanding of the Khmer Rouge trial process. The Action Committee will coordinate investigations, provide legal assistance, advocate for better human rights conditions, and meet with government officials to press for resolution of significant human rights cases and issues.
