To empower a core group of future national leaders with management and political skills necessary to lead the country. IRI will implement a leadership development program to build participants’ knowledge in key policy issues and strengthen their ability to analyze problems. The curriculum will include lectures, case studies, skill development, and workshops.

To support the development of effective structures and transparent procedures in the Offices of the President and the Prime Minister. IRI will provide technical assistance and training to strengthen the professional capacity of newly appointed Timorese staff in both offices.
