To promote human rights and democratic values in Vietnam. Que Me will publish reports and mini-bulletins that provide uncensored news and commentary to readers in Vietnam, and will also conduct advocacy campaigns drawing international attention to human rights conditions and the efforts of prodemocracy activists inside the country.

To foster greater knowledge of democratic ideas and democratic transitions. The project will equip prodemocracy activists with knowledge and skills to enhance their ability to act as effective advocates for democratization and effective leaders of productive civil society activities.
Overseas Organization to Support the Humanist Movement in Vietnam

To engage the Vietnamese public in discussion on democratic ideas. The project will provide dynamic democracy education through Internet radio, including call-in shows and other forums for interactive listener engagement.
