To enhance the fight against impunity and to support the development of an independent judiciary by promoting the emergence of effective lobbying groups in Central Africa. VSV will work with NGOs in the Republic of Congo, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and the Republic of Angola to improve the ability of groups to promote and defend human rights, and will continue its human rights monitoring, civic education, advocacy, training, and capacity-building programs.
