CIPE will support the Private Enterprise Foundation to strengthen agribusiness advocacy in northern Ghana, assisting farmer organizations to gain access to policymakers in their local districts.

National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI)

To enhance public confidence in the electoral process and promote acceptance of credible official election results for the upcoming Ghanaian elections. NDI will assist experienced domestic monitoring organizations to employ advanced monitoring techniques, in particular a parallel vote tabulation (PVT). In support of the PVT, the Institute would also assist its partners to develop a rapid reporting system using text messaging technology to transmit observer data via mobile phones, allowing groups to more quickly compile and publicize observer information.
