Action Communautaire pour le Développement Endogène au Rwanda (Community Action for Indigenous Development) (ACODER)

To contribute to the peaceful reintegration of ex-prisoners in their respective communities and promote respect for the rights of all Rwandan citizens, ACODER will work with local leaders and local administrators to help former prisoners who have gone through the Gacaca process to successfully reintegrate into their respective communities. ACODER will also incorporate young people to promote their involvement in the reconciliation process.

To promote Rwandan youth engagement in issues relating to human rights, democracy, and good governance. NAR will develop student-led discussion and debate groups, known as Focus, Pressure, and Action (FPA) groups, and will encourage students to actively participate in peaceful democratic processes in Rwanda.
