To enhance the communication structures of the Tanzanian Office of the President. NDI will assist the Office of the President to institutionalize a strategic plan that more clearly articulates policy priorities, improves the flow of information, and more effectively prioritizes citizen’s needs. NDI will build the capacity of State House staff to institutionalize a modern information and communication technology system, better track and respond to constituent correspondence, and communicate more effectively both internally and externally.
