To solidify the internal democratic structure in the Liberian rubber sector union through an understanding and implementation of a new collective bargaining agreement; enhance Liberian unions’ capacity to organize and negotiate on behalf of workers in the revitalized mining sector; and assist the Nigerian oil/gas unions to engage with government, employers, and civil society organizations in the volatile Niger Delta region to achieve worker rights protections and harmonious industrial relations.
