LHPDF will maintain its website, produce and distribute two issues of its journal, and publish an annual analytic booklet on Libya’s political development. LHPDF staff will travel to two countries in the Middle East and North America to network with Libyan exiles and expand the forum’s base.

Transparency Libya (TL)

To maintain its bilingual anti-corruption and transparency website. TL will press the Libyan government to take effective and concrete anti-corruption actions and continue raising public awareness on corruption and its negative impact on the economy. TL will conduct a survey on current political developments in Libya and their impact on the prospects for reform, and publish its 2008 transparency report and post it on TL’s website.
