To empower rural communities to play a stronger role in the government’s decentralization plan and to reinforce their rights to access information. NCC will organize workshops, distribute texts on decentralization, propose recommendations to empower local council members, and advocate for greater local rights to national government officials.

Search for Common Ground (SFCG)

To help create meaningful dialogue among civilians, civil society, and the state by enabling civil society to discuss the constitutional reform process with the public and the state. SFCG will organize a roundtable for civil society, coordinate civil society press communiqués on the reform process, organize eight civil society forums on that process, and produce 12 radio shows.
