Chadian League of Human Rights (LTDH)

To educate, protect and defend human rights, work for good governance and prevent and manage conflicts, LTDH will support its eight field offices and headquarters so they can continue to produce reports, press releases, and provide help in cases of human rights abuses and investigations. LTDH will also run a five-day workshop to devise a strategy for election observation in upcoming elections.
Droits de l’Homme Sans Frontieres (DHSF)

To encourage greater respect for human rights in Chad through radio programs and to reduce restrictions on independent media by promoting the abolition of an anti-media ordinance. DHSF will organize debates to build momentum in parliament to replace this ordinance. It will also hold weekly radio programs on human rights and democracy issues.
