To assist civil society organizations and political parties to participate in negotiations on a democratic transition. NDI will offer on-going consultations on leadership, coalition-building, communication and organizational skills. NDI will also provide neutral venues, in the form of community forums, to convene discussions aimed at identifying standards for monitoring a long-term democratic transition.
