To strengthen election monitoring and political party structures at the Suco Council and Municipal Assembly levels. The Institute will educate political party members on new local election laws; train political party election observers; organize exit polls and focus group discussions on municipal assembly elections; and help political parties consolidate their structures and strengthen leadership at the local level.
