NGO Strengthening

To strengthen Belarus’ third sector, especially in the regions, through support for NGO umbrella groups, youth groups, NGO resource centers, civic actions, training programs, local publishing and operating expenses.

Crossborder Support

To support the activities of Central European organizations which are carrying out democracy-building programs and sharing their experiences, skills and program models with counterparts in Belarus through study visits, internships, trainings, networking, and other joint programs.

Strengthening Political Institutions

To strengthen the capacity of pro-democratic political parties and regional coalitions for grassroots political organizing and their ability to participate in addressing local or regional issues of concern through developing and implementing issue-based advocacy campaigns.
