Author or Corporate Author: The person(s) or entity chiefly responsible for the creation of the intellectual or artistic content of a work.

Title: The chief name of the work.

Description: Physical description of the work.

Contributor: The person(s) credited for making a contribution to the work.

Series: If applicable, the name of the work's series. A series is two or more volumes of essays, lectures, articles, or other writings, similar in character and issued in sequence.

Notes: Additional information about the work.

Subject: A standard, uniform set of terms, or controlled vocabulary that simplifies the process of searching for information on a topic.
