To advance the right of workers in Algeria’s state-owned enterprises and public institutions to decent work, strengthen Algerian public service workers’ capacity to shape the legal and policy environment for achieving labor rights, and facilitate a more effective workplace response to worker rights violations in strategic, private sector industries in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. ACILS will use empowerment training to multiply the number of grassroots recruiters, corporate researchers, popular educators, networkers and strategists capable of together winning improvements in working conditions in their sectors.
