Through research and discussion forums, the organization will monitor and analyze prevailing concerns among the Dalit community, identify gaps in policy, and provide recommendations to government officials to ensure inclusion and protection of marginalized communities’ rights. The organization will hold an international conference on the democratic aspirations of Dalits worldwide.

To guide policy implementation and public administration reform and to build the capacity of grassroots actors to hold provincial and other local elected officials accountable for reforms. The center will support a range of activities, including analyzing decentralization policies and regulations, increasing private sector input on policy issues, providing recommendations for reform, and developing provincial-level accountability teams.
