The grantee will work with its established 40-member Leadership Youth Committee (LYC) to sustain pressure for youth inclusion in Palestinian reform. In early October, 100 youth observers will be briefed on the current election law and its implementation and monitor local elections in Gaza's five districts. The project will also include trainings and mentorship for team members as they conduct awareness workshops on the need for reconciliation that includes transitional justice, and conferences to draw attention to youth demands for reconciliation.
