Description: To promote dialogue on security sector reform and public oversight of policing practices. The project will include a one-day forum on government policies on public protests, a study day on current government policies concerning security sector governance, and a one-day seminar on the parliament's role in evaluating security policies. Activities will also include four workshops on security policies at the regional level, and an annual security sector monitoring report.
