The grantee will run a broadly participatory campaign to reinforce citizens' roles in Gaza's reconstruction and sustain a civil society coalition to serve as a watchdog throughout the process. Program activities will include four four-day trainings for coalition members, 15 district-level study circles that report on reconstruction findings, and 50 district-level workshops to present findings and lead discussions on accountability with the general public.
