Description: To uphold the international standards embodied by, and strengthen transnational coalitions fostering the human rights provisions of, the Helsinki Process. The Lviv-based organization will hold a conference promoting the democratic values and human rights principles set forth in the Helsinki Final Act. The event will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Ukrainian Helsinki Group, bring together Helsinki Movement members from across the former communist bloc, convene the 2nd Crimea Forum, and call for a renewal of the principles of the Helsinki Process.
