Activity Center for Youth Development (CAJAD)

To promote basic human rights prin­ciples in informal justice systems in Fako division in the South West Province of Cameroon. CAJAD will organize inter­active workshops for representatives from the informal justice sector and local radio broadcasters in the region. 

Civil Initiatives for Development with Integrity (CIDI)

To empower civil society and the me­dia to influence public policy, the revi­sion of the constitution and participation in the 2011 elections. CIDI will train 30 domestic election observers from 10 regions of Cameroon. It will organize a constitutional conference, a civil society workshop, and produce media programs to promote public sensitization and participation in the electoral process.

The Bridge Africa (TBA)

To strengthen the communication strat­egies of civil society organizations in Cameroon and build their institutional capacity to influence national policy. TBA will create a platform for a community of democracy change agents through a participatory online social network. It will also organize a training seminar on utilizing the internet for effective advo­cacy for civil society organizations.

Women in Alternative Action (WAA Cameroon)

To promote youth participation in democra­cy building and strengthen their confidence in articulating their needs during the elec­toral process. WAA Cameroon will create sub divisional and constituency youth think tanks across the country. It will organize youth internships, youth-orientated media programs, publish advocacy materials, and promote youth get out the vote campaigns.

Women Interface North South (WINS)

To build the capacity of informal market women’s associations known as Bayam-Sellam to reinforce their human rights and participation in the democratic process. WINS will organize workshops, live radio programs, and will publish quarterly magazines to raise public awareness about the political rights of women in the country.
