To strengthen the partnership among human rights defenders in the central Africa sub-region and their ability to defend themselves. REDHAC will use Endowment funding to strengthen its Douala-based headquarters, conduct a training session on protective measures, and monitor and advocate against at­tacks on human rights defenders.
