Rencontre Africaine pour la Défense des Droits de l’Homme - GUINEE (RADDHO)

To address the root causes of interethnic violence in Guinea and create offices throughout the seven regions that will organize dialogues among civil society organizations, political parties, government officials appointed to local posts, other local authorities including law enforcement and security personnel, traditional and religious leaders.

Search for Common Ground

To promote non-violent presidential elections using community radio stations and strengthen understanding of democratic principles and processes. Working in the Forest Region, Search for Common Ground will produce weekly radio programs promoting civic education and rule of law, and organize roundtable discussions. With the anticipated presidential elections, the radio programs to air in five local languages will focus on the electoral process, accountability, and good governance.
