Project activities include a capacity-building training program targeted at activists who seek opportunities to deepen skills and networks. Through an approach that combines lectures and discussions on democracy and human rights with hands-on activities and mentorship, emerging activists will gain knowledge, implement collaborative projects, and gain exposure to the broader civil society community. The organization will work through a local partner who has an extensive experience running training programs with a strong network across the country.

To strengthen the capacity of religious and ethnic minorities to defend against rights violations. The organization will conduct training programs for religious and ethnic minority communities on topics including freedom of religion, human rights documentation, and security. The organization will also support its partner communities to document and conduct advocacy on incidences of rights abuses, as well as network, build solidarity, and cooperate to promote religious freedom and human rights with activists from a broader human rights movement.
