To strengthen the capacity of the Bangladesh Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BWCCI) to more effectively represent the interests of women entrepreneurs in Bangladesh. CIPE will implement a comprehensive capacity-building and training program, working with BWCCI on strategic, succession, and financial sustainability planning, as well as continue support for BWCCI's advocacy efforts.

To provide organizational capacity-building support to the Bangladesh Alliance for Women Leadership to expand its women leaders database, hold policy discussions, and develop a leadership academy. In addition, NDI will provide technical assistance for strengthening multi-sector collaboration to ensure a gender perspective in national policy discussions. Through facilitated sessions, women leaders will participate in the Women's Members Club, a policy speaker series, and parliamentary issues forums.
