To strengthen the institutional capacity of the Bangladesh Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BWCCI) and to improve the business environment in which women entrepreneurs operate. CIPE and BWCCI will implement a range of advocacy programs, including meetings with govern­ment officials, policy roundtables, and pub­lic seminars focused on banking reforms.

To enhance women’s political participation by building the capacity of the Bangla­desh Alliance for Women’s Leadership (BDAWL) and supporting the creation of a women’s parliamentary caucus. NDI will help build BDAWL’s organizational capacity to develop a women leaders’ database, hold policy discussions, and conduct advocacy campaigns. In addition, NDI and BDAWL will facilitate sessions on cau­cus by-laws, membership, activities, and fundraising for women parliamentarians.
