To promote good governance practices, policies, and initiatives that will help ad­dress the disconnect that exists between citizens, local government officials and Members of Parliament. IRI will also in­crease the capacity of government officials to be more responsive to citizens’ needs and work with the national parliament to increase public input in decision-making.
