Belarus’ Political Prospects: A Panel Discussion with Tribute to Vitali Silitsky

Vitali Silitsky, a prominent and accomplished young Belarusian political scientist and democracy advocate, tragically passed away June 2011. This discussion of the current situation in Belarus provided an up-to-date analysis of events on the ground, combined with an appreciation of the contributions that Vitali made to his native country and to the political science discipline.
