Fabiola Cordova
Senior Director for Programs
Fabiola Cordova is Senior Director for Programs at the National Endowment for Democracy, where she works closely with the VP for Programs to advance democratic initiatives that cross regions and themes. She works with NED’s regional teams and local partners across the world to respond to democratic challenges, develop innovative programmatic solutions, and strengthen democratic institutions and values. Before this position, she served for almost 20 years in the Latin America and Caribbean team, where she led NED’s efforts in South America. She previously worked at the National Democratic Institute, where she managed projects focusing on election observation and political party strengthening. Ms. Córdova holds a BA in International Relations and Foreign Languages from Clark University, and a Master’s degree in public administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
