Rebekah Usatin
Senior Director, Program Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning
Rebekah Usatin is the Senior Director for Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning at the National Endowment for Democracy. She has 20 years of experience in evaluation and learning of democracy support programming. Prior to joining NED, Usatin served as an evaluation officer on a USAID democracy and governance program in Montenegro. She is a founding chair of the Democracy, Human Rights and Governance topical interest affinity group of the American Evaluation Association and an adjunct faculty member at the School of International Studies at American University. Her writing has appeared in The Foundation Review and New Directions for Evaluation. Usatin holds a Master of Public Administration and International Management from the Monterey Institute of International Studies (now Middlebury Institute of International Studies) and a BA in Politics and French Literature from Whitman College.
